The Route

The route for Run West Cork’s St Patrick’s Day event starts near St Bridget’s National School and finishes at the pier by the twelve-arch bridge in Ballydehob, West Cork.

It heads South on Greenmount Road to Cappaghglass, then turns West to Rossbrin Harbour, which is the designated team changeover point. From here it then heads North and East before following the outward route, finishing with a descent to the pier at Ballydehob.

This particular route avoids the main roads, taking runners out to the coast and Roaringwater Bay and back along minor roads only.

Below is an interactive map where you can zoom in and out on screen or move the map around to help you preview the route, just use the arrows and the + and - symbols on the left.

If you click on the blue marker showing where the start and finish of the race is located, you can also get driving directions both to and from this point for any location.
