Register for Run West Cork



The course starts in Ballydehob, heading out along the coast run to Rossbrin beside Roaringwater Bay with its many islands, and then returning to the village again. 

T-shirts will be awarded to the first 100 finishers. 

Transition point at 5k for teams of two.

For 2012 we created a separate walkers’ category in the St Patrick’s Day 10km.
